At the Watch Locator we believe that a customer should be able to see the watch in person and try it on before making a final decision on buying the watch.

All purchases made digitally through our website or by email are covered by 14 days no questions asked return policy, we guaranteed a full refund within 14 days providing the item is returned to us in the same retail condition that it was sold to you If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Unless the watch is faulty, the customer is responsible to pay for the return postage. Please note that the 14 days return policy does not apply to purchases made directly at our physical premises as you have been given the chance to inspect and try the product prior to purchasing.

Unworn watches can only be accepted for return if they are returned exactly how they were sold, with all the stickers that came on the watch (not removed) or if not as stated or they have a fault in some way.
